OnUp Athlete (Competitor)
OnUp Athlete is great for those athletes that want to become competitive or who want the personalized program and do not need the constant supervision from a coach. This can be done either here at C2 or remotely. You will meet with one our coaches on site (or via Skype if remote) to discuss your goals. Your coach will prepare a training program individualized specifically with your goals, testing results, strengths and weaknesses in mind. Our coaches are skilled at customizing programming in order to meet your specific goals. This program is done on your own with minimal supervision. You will report your results to your coach who will then use those for future program design.
